Open mask of choice and paper of choice and merge together. (I kept the black layer of background)

Open bubbles1, place one on the left, rotate and place other on right side

Open and place balloons where desired

Open and resize and place butterfly3, 5 and 9 where desired

Pick your tube resized as desired and place where you like it best

Copy write font "Adorable"

Name font "Gabriola"

Resize and save.
